The product can be used in Jams, jellies, fruit juice drinks. at a dosage 0.5-1.0%.
TYP1501 Pectin:
The product can be used in Jams, jellies at a dosage 0.5-1.0%.
The product can be used Confectionery at a dosage 0.8-1.6%.
